Tout s'est parfaitement bien passé, je suis ravi de mon achat. La communication avec avec les différentes personnes d'EW Watches s'est parfaitement déroulée, les informations étaient précises. L'emballage était sécurisé, tous les éléments étaient présents conformément à la description. Seul petit bémol : je ne sais pas si c'est le cas pour tout modèle mais une fois la procédure d'achat lancée le prix n'était garanti que 24 heures (alors que les virements de la France vers le compte de Chrono24 basé en Allemagne peuvent prendre jusque 48h après retour de ma banque). Dans mon cas le délai a été respecté à quelques heures près mais je trouve dommage de mettre cette contrainte de 24h en connaissance des délais de virement indépendant de la volonté de l'acheteur. Néanmoins je recommande ce vendeur et n'hésiterai pas à repasser par EW Watches si je devais effectuer un nouvel achat.

Dans votre cas, nous devons commander la montre pour vous auprès de nos fournisseurs, et premièrement, la montre ne sera pas toujours disponible si trop de temps s'est écoulé. Et deuxièmement, ce n'est pas une montre qui est trop demandée. Nous préférons donc que cette montre ne reste pas trop longtemps dans notre stock, d'où la limite de 24 heures pour confirmer que vous la voulez vraiment. En fait, après que vous m'ayez montré la preuve de paiement, avant d'attendre que le paiement arrive, j'ai déjà commandé la montre pour vous. Nous avons tendance à faire confiance à nos clients. Nous continuerons à travailler dans l'intérêt de nos clients, et j'espère vous voir bientôt à l'avenir ! Meilleures salutations, Rhea.

Alles in allem kann ich diesen Händler sehr empfehlen. Der Versand war sehr schnell ( 1Tag ) und gut verpackt. Bei Bestellungen aus Deutschland muss man allerdings wissen das eine Kopie des Ausweises erforderlich ist. Dies war für mich erst etwas befremdlich aber es ist vollkommen korrekt. Meine nächste Uhr werde ich wieder dort kaufen.
