Professionnel peut fiable, montre reçue dans un emballage type courrier, n'assurant pas la protection du coffret. Professionnel ayant posé un problème de douane, a cause d'une erreur de calcul de TVA. J'ai du acquitter le surplus de TVA et la pénalité causée par la mauvaise déclaration. !!! A ne pas recommander.

Our watches come with a new leather covered metal box. And we wrap it with lots of bubbles. I don’t know what happens in the custom. Custom officers sometimes open the box and this is out of our control. Again the custom problems are not about us. You have seen the paper we declared. It was all OK. Also, it is so surprising that you never answered our massages,calls, and e mails during the custom process. Now you came here and complain about something ??? I don’t understand this. Well I gave you 1 star upon the Communication.

There was a 6 mm scratch on the side of the watch. No word in the listing about it. Seller even advertised the watch in "very good" condition. Only one(!) of 16 pictures showed a blurred mark from a side view, I assumed this is a shadow or a tarnished mark. But it was a real black scratch. When the watch arrived, I wrote to the seller "there is a 6 mm scratch on the side", his reply (suddenly being a hobby psychologist) "you are not upset about the scratch, but only want a better price". I said "no, i am upset that the watch is not in very good condition as advertised". He wrote (being just focused on himself and making up stories) "as we both know the watch is in very good condition". I wrote "No, we do not BOTH know that. Stop making up thing which I never said. Also, please also send me proof that the watch was serviced". He wrote "you are playing dirty little tricks asking for this" ... Wow! I have never had a seller that is so unprofessional, disrespectful, self focus, uncooperative and intentionally lying. When I finally brought in Chrono24 the seller wrote "I though we had an agreement!" - What? I asked my how is it possible to have so many hallucinations as a seller? HAVE FUN WITH THIS SELLER!

To make the long story short, you wanted to get money from our pocket, and we didn’t let it happen, because everything was perfect. We even offered you to return the watch and FULL refund, but you didn’t accept that because you didn’t want it, all you want is money. We offered you 100 € refund you didn’t accept it too. Because all you wanted was more money. I can’t believe this. We are here to give the best service to every customers. You can’t effect us with your “bad” reviews.
