Dealer is in USA and I’m in UK. Dealer received notification of payment via Chrono24 on a Friday. I asked for quick shipment as I was going on holiday. No word of shipment until the following Wed after I had sent another email. So in effect lost several days - watch arrived one day after I had gone on holiday. Watch was shipped in a pouch inside a padded bag. I would have expected a stronger box with some foam padding. Watch strap was very dirty, it would have been nice if dealer had taken the time to clean prior to dispatch. Anyway the watch arrived OK and I’m very pleased with it. Sorry if you think my comments are harsh, but I feel a 5 star rating needs to be justified.

I cannot recommend the dealer enough. Watch exactly as stated, in new condition and it arrived sooner than expected. I am thrilled with my purchase. My only negative is that I was supposed to inspect the package was not damaged or had been opened prior to signing for it but it was left in my letterbox!!!!!

We had a very disappointing experience with this dealer. The watch they sent us was similar to the one pictured, but not the exact version. They argued saying it was the same watch. After sending the watch back, they again sent us another watch that was close, but not exact. Ultimately Chrono24 helped us through a second return for a refund. I would not recommend Windsor Jewelers.

The worst purchase I ever made on a watch. Box was filthy and coming apart. Said box and papers, papers consisted of a list of Breitling dealers. He stated the band was worn, that was an under statement, I would never wear this in public. Would not buy from again.

I paid for the watch on Feb 11. I sent a message on Feb 22 and was told that the watch was being checked. I then got a shipping notification that same day. (The item wasn’t shipped-just the label was created.) On the 3 March I enquired as when the item would actually be shipped and was informed there was a problem with the watch and they were waiting for a replacement part. I then cancelled the order.
