This was my first time purchasing a timepiece (TT Daytona) on Chrono24, and I was a little hesitant/cautious about which dealer to purchase from. Cool Watch Co were absolutely incredible to deal with and I highly, highly recommend them as a dealer. Audrey (the person I dealt with) was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and was in constant communication through the entire purchase and shipment process. Audrey's response times to messages was immediate or within the hour. She also encouraged me to have the watch reviewed by a Rolex service Centre so that I can assure myself of authenticity, and as predicted, the watch was in perfect condition. If they do not have the timepiece you are after, send them a message as they were able to source another timepiece I'm looking to purchase as well. Will be purchasing through Cool Watch Co again in the future.
