Seller listed watch on site, I purchased the watch. Only for the seller to update the listing as sold already, now I need to go through a refund process which tied up my credit card to the purchase. Sellers need to take the responsibility to update their listings daily due to the use of escrow accounts, Otherwise don't use this site if you can't.

I am a ball watch fan. While you probably won't use a pocket watch for practical day to day time keeping, it actually keeps time very well. Especially for being as old as it is. Just goes to show why ball are some of the best time pieces out there. It has some signs of wear, but again, for being as old as it is, it's in excellent shape. Thermo blued hands, case engraving etc. Fair priced. The owner of the shop was very friendly and talkative. The watch came pretty fast and was really bundled up well, as to protect it during shipping. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Slow communication, and only responded when prompted. Sold me a watch that wasn’t actually performing up to standard although, to their credit, they identified the issue before shipping it to me and cancelled the order (but they only officially cancelled it a few days later when I prompted them. They ultimately acted ethically but it was a frustrating, dragged out experience.
