Executive Summary: This was an excellent transaction and I would definitely shop for a luxury watch through The Watch Buyers Group again! Detailed Review: I was looking for a hard-to-find Rolex. The secondary market was my only realistic option if I didn’t want to wait a couple of years (I didn’t) so I looked through a number of online marketplaces. I had browsed the Chrono24 site before but never bought through there. Quite quickly I was able to find the watch I wanted, in the right condition, with papers/box, and at a price I was willing to pay (I won’t tell you it was a ‘good’ price!😂). I’ll save my Chrono24 review for elsewhere (very good though) but I liked I was able to see pictures of the actual watch. The details provided by WBG about the watch were very important and informative. Once I knew I was considering buying I reviewed the company through several independent web sites. The reviews were generally excellent with customers all commenting on the great service and follow-up they received. I even checked the address on Google Maps to confirm there was actually a store where they said they were (there was)! Finally, having provided myself significant comfort that this was a legit operation, I made the purchase online. Within minutes I received a call from Ben (the owner). He congratulated me on my purchase and we talked a little bit about the watch. He told me to not hesitate to contact him if I had any questions or issues. He confirmed that someone would be at my house the following day to take receipt of the watch. I was stunned! The delivery info had indicated 2-6 days, which I thought was reasonable. But Ben was promising west coast to east coast overnight. And he was as good as his word. Just before lunch my time the following day, less than 24 hours after I’d purchased the watch, it arrived at my door. It was excellently packed - nothing was gonna damage the precious contents. And the watch, once I’d opened everything up, was beautiful! I immediately took it to a local Rolex dealer and had it authenticated - which led to a great conversation with that appraiser - no worries. The real deal. Just an excellent experience. And when I’m looking for my next used luxury watch I won’t hesitate to go to The Watch Buyers Group again.

Watch was exactly as listed, I messaged Ben and gave him my wrist size so they could take a couple links out before shipping. He gave me a call and let me know it was shipping the same day. I got the package the next day and it was triple boxed, it was sized perfectly. Would definitely buy from them again!
