It should be noted this was a weird deal - watch was shipped same payment received, and on the customers wrist in time for lunch the very next day. customer called to confirm how delighted he was with the watch condition, contents and the entire shipping/delivery process. 4-hours after that phone call, customer called to notify us he had already dropped package off at ups and was returning watch without reason, just didn’t feel ‘Comfortable’ keeping it. Customer printed his own return label and used return address from our shipping label which in fact was not the correct address for returning the watch. After considerable time and effort, we were able to safely recover the package but not without significant risk (package was not insured) time-delay and inconvenience. Hassle free returns mean communicating with us & following c24 platform protocol to confirm the safe and expedited return of the watch. if he did that we would have sent him a prepaid fedex return airway bill and he would have received refund as soon as we received watch next business day — it’s that simple. There was a delay in customer receiving his refund because he did not properly file or process the return thru Chrono24. Please note that was totally beyond our control and we did everything we could to ensure a hassle free return and expedited refund upon receipt. some people Just don’t appreciate working within a system or following instructions and that’s what happened here.
