Ordered and paid for watch, only to hear from dealer 2 days later that watch was already sold. They offered a "newer" watch at a higher price. Order was cancelled and payment refunded.

The watch is fantastic and the seller was responsive with the message I sent them. It did take a week for them to ship the order but it was during the holidays so that’s understandable. Overall I would recommend them.

Just as described, answered my chat questions under an hour. For me, under 5 minutes. Purchased on a Sunday, received on Tuesday. Perfect transaction in every way. Great customer service. I ordered over a holiday so there was a slight delay getting watch shipped. However after the weekend watch was overnighted and I am very happy with purchase. Would buy from again.

Dealer did not ship watch on time. I had to call and was laughed at. Answered the phone, “hello”. Did not answer as a business which seemed shady. Told me watch had sold just 5 minutes prior to me purchasing and had to source the watch. Watch stated new however no outer box, no dealer tag, watch wrapped in non dealer plastic. Do not buy from this guy!!!

A good transaction! Pictures were stock photos (not of the actual watch) and communication was limited due to the Easter holiday, no fault of the seller. That said, watch was received and is welcome addition!
