Thank you for your review. You sent us an offer on Sunday at 15:27, which we accepted at 15:31. However, five minutes later you let us know that you have an agreement with another seller and you are not going to purchase our watch. About 9 minutes later you came back to us and offered to buy the watch with a significant discount, which we declined since we already had a deal. Then you asked us quite a lot of questions during the next 5 hours to which we were happy to answer in a swift manner, even though it was quite late in the New Year’s Eve. We gave you every opportunity to purchase the watch based on your offer and the watch was reserved for you the whole time. You promised to let us know your final decision in the next few hours, which never happened. Perhaps 5 stars for our communication would have been more accurate, but such is life. We wish you a Happy New Year 2024.
