Horrible! I recently bought a Longines watch from them, which was supposed to come with a crocodile leather band. However, two days after the purchase, I received a message stating that they couldn't send the leather strap because of restrictions in Japan, as mentioned on their website (but not on Chrono24). They didn't offer any discount and expected buyers to carefully read through their website's terms and conditions.
