HIGHLY RECOMMEND ML SUPPLY CO - BUY WITH CONFIDENCE Firstly, I've been collecting watches for the better part of 13 years, and have encountered the entire gamut of experiences; I am happy to say that the experience with ML Supply Co was excellent. In fact, this was the best watch buying experience I have ever had. I did my due diligence first, and sought out all the information I could on this and other watch sites about ML Supply Co. The cliche is annoying but true: you buy the seller not the watch. All reports were 5 star, so I proceeded. Communication was excellent, in fact lightening quick. Within literally seconds my inquiry was answered. I asked some verification questions about the watch, mainly to have a written record in case the transaction went south. Based on experience, this would afford me at least some protection just to be safe in case recourse was needed. I need not have worried, as the watch arrived exactly as described and pictured. I appreciated both the more formal studio photos as well as the more casual real-time photos. Both depicted all of the appropriate angles of the watch. Overnight delivery was speedy, and before shipping, photos were sent to me of the watch on the calibration machine, and the watch next to the shipping label. This was an extremely thoughtful gesture and certainly inspired confidence in the transaction. The watch arrived in good order, and packaging was excellent - pretty much bomb-proof. To recap, the transaction was flawless: communication was excellent and immediate; watch arrived and was exactly as described both verbally and in pictures; knowledge about how Chrono24 works with payment security (for both seller and buyer - I have a lot of security set up on my cards) was very reassuring and non-pretentious; very pleasant and courteous to deal with. Excellent experience. These folks really know their stuff.

Quite possibly the best online retailer I’ve ever dealt with. The experience made my first purchase on Chrono24 very comfortable. Within seconds of submitting my purchase request, I received a message. The seller provided communication for every step along the way, down to the day my watch was shipped. Even took the time to answer my personal questions. Package came super quick and was made extra secure by way of double boxes with bubble wrap, and with the inner box completely sealed with tape. Everything listed in the description was included in the package and in my opinion, the watch came better than described. I look forward to doing business again!
