I ordered a watch that has a description saying its new with its original box and papers … it showed up in a obviously used condition with many scratches and no original box or papers … i spoke with the seller he offered 10% which is not convenient. Now i paid 135 USD to replace the bad bracelet and the seller asked me to send back the watch to change the bracelet … since its not my fault and the seller not being description honest i would have appreciated a better customer service after sale … which i truly havent seen it at all … I wouldn’t recommend the seller to buy from …

No communication. Had to cancel the order because the dealer wasn’t responding and hadn’t shipped the watch.

No communication. Waited a week for shipment then emails over another week asking for information. Wouldn’t have cancelled had I received any sort of communication but speaks volumes about a company when you can’t answer not one but two emails.

Montre tip top mais boîte d’origine abîmée et ce n’est pas arrivé durant le transport ! C’est comme si la boîte était usagée 🤔 La carte de garantie n’est pas complétée, date de vente et sceau du vendeur non présents, pourquoi ? Mais je suis ravi de la montre, elle a l’air parfaitement neuve 👍
