Leider wurde mir erst eine Uhr gesendet bei welcher die Seriennummer nicht mit den Papieren übereinstimmte. Diese wurde sofort zurückgenommen und eine vergleichbare zugesandt. Daraufhin ist mir noch ein Preisnachlass gegeben worden. Was noch zu erwähnen ist das der Händler die Uhren aus dem Ausland versendet. Die 2te Uhr ist Preis/Leistungstechnisch in Ordnung und die Kommunikation war gut.

München Watches ist halt kein Uhrengeschäft oder Juwelier, sondern eine HandyNummer wo keiner ran geht. Wenn er zurück ruft stellt sich raus, dass er über den Vorgang Deines Uhrenkaufs geschweige denn über den Status der Abwicklung null Bescheid weiß. Zeitpunkt der Zustellung zügig, Du hast darüber im Vorfeld aber keine hinreichende Information. Du bekommst die Uhr aus Slowenien geschickt, nix mit München. Wichtig: Die Uhr selbst ist in Ordnung.

Die Uhr hatte leider einen nicht beschriebenen Defekt. Aber wir konnten uns relativ unkompliziert über die Aufteilung der Reparaturkosten einigen.
