I partially feel bad for leaving this review, but thought it was important to share my experience. They had a watch listing with the status of available now so I moved to purchase. I completely understand these things go out of stock and that demand is out of their control. But they accepted the order quick but left me in limbo with no communication for multiple days until finally responding that they were waiting for a shipment to arrive. Ok no big deal.. but when I went to check the same listing they still were marketing the item as available now which I thought was mis-information. After trying waiting with poor communication they instructed me to cancel the order. Again, I'm sure this is probably a one off experience since they have a high star review, and I understand demand and inventory is out of their control.. but I would have been more understanding if they were better at communication or were more transparent.

Lamentablemente el reloj comprado, a pesar de ser idéntico a la descripción, no funcionaba. El mecanismo estaba trabado y debí enviarlo a reparar al momento de recibirlo. Debido a la distancia entre mi país y el del comerciante (literalmente al otro lado del mundo), no hice las gestiones de devolución ya que son aún más complicadas que enviar a reparación en mi propio país. Me molestó recibir un producto de una marca absolutamente confiable (seiko) con un defecto de armado.

Seller obviously didn’t have the watch or sold it elsewhere. The whole world took receipt of there watches green co are still waiting I don’t believe that i have waited 6 weeks after watched were released and still no sign of it that is why I decided to take my money back and shop elsewhere
