Fantastic experience overall! I bought a brand new 2024 Rolex from Watch Trading Company via Chrono24 late in the evening on 3/27/24 and received the watch just over 36 hours later via FedEx. The watch was packed extremely well protected and the box even included some little candies! Representative Nadiya was extremely helpful and responded to any questions quickly, even after 9:00pm. The only downside was paying about $3,300 over list Authorized Dealer price, but since Rolex’s are virtually impossible to obtain through a dealer, that’s the price you must pay. The watch was exactly as advertised, was in perfect condition and had the Rolex boxes, papers and warranty card as described. Only thing missing was the white retail purchase tag. I’m not 100% certain the warranty is valid since it was not purchased from an AD, but hopefully I won’t need to use it anyway. I would definitely buy from them again
