Watch as described and good communication so overall, very happy. The only (slight) "niggle" was the time it took to release the product, it being resent to the watchsmith for final presentation. This would not deter me in any way from transacting with this dealer in the future.

The dealer dealt swiftly and professionally with my queries and the watch was dispatched very promptly, but nevertheless noticeable had been taken with the packing to ensure the protection of the watch whilst in transit. Vintage Gold Watches provided a complementary care kit including gold cleaning cloth, polywatch solution for the acrylic, oil to nourish the watch strap, and a cleaning cloth; and these items were accompanied by instructions for the correct application of each. Furthermore, a leather travel case as well as an elegant wooden storage box were provided. This dealer takes pride in delivering a high quality of service and shares my esteem for the horological product purveyed.

The watch I ordered did not have the movement that was described (in some length) on Chrono24, which I found out from a picture on the dealer's own website. I notified the dealer, who apologized for the mistake, and I had no problems canceling the order. So the description of the watch was poor, but the handling of the mistake was very good. Total for communication is Okay.
