I appreciate the dealer's politeness and willingness to communicate throughout the process. However, I was disappointed to discover upon receiving the watch that the crown was not original, which was not highlighted in the description. This is an important issue that should have been mentioned to ensure a fair deal. Furthermore, the watch experienced water ingress on the day I received it, simply from using a small amount of water to clean it. Upon opening the case back, I discovered that the watch lacked even the most basic sealing, despite the dealer's claim of "Our all products are given overhaul." I had to install a seal ring to rectify the situation. Overall, I would rate my experience with three stars.
