Tuttavia, dato che lei ha scritto delle inesattezze, ci è doveroso fare alcune precisazioni al riguardo, soprattutto nei confronti degli altri utenti che leggono la sua recensione: 1. Definire la sua esperienza con Wear The Time una "Pessima esperienza": a giudicare dagli oltre 1.100 feedback a 5 stelle non sembra, in quanto siamo una delle pochissime aziende al mondo disponibili per i propri clienti 24 ore al giorno per 7 giorni alla settimana (festivi compresi). Le abbiamo sempre risposto subito, con educazione e con professionalità, chiarendo sempre i suoi dubbi ed assecondando sempre le sue richieste; 2. Dire "facendomi perdere l'occasione di acquistare da altri e poi dopo 5 mesi ha deciso di cancellare l'ordine." è assolutamente falso: durante le nostre conversazioni (l'ordine è rimasto aperto per circa 4 mesi, non 5), le abbiamo proposto più volte soluzioni alternative, che lei ha sempre rifiutato, ossia: le abbiamo proposto lo stesso modello, in stock, con quadrante di colore diverso e lei ha rifiutato; le abbiamo proposto molto prima il rimborso dell'ordine così da poter comprare l'orologio ove fosse subito disponibile e lei ha rifiutato; abbiamo tenuto l'ordine aperto oltre il dovuto proprio per cercare di accontentarla, ma se tutti gli sforzi sostenuti per lei non bastano, le diamo un consiglio: acquisti l'orologio altrove, perché presso la nostra azienda serviamo solo persone serie.
