Hello Mrs. Michaela, first of all, we would like to express our regret at not having been able to find the watch ordered, as our only objective is the satisfaction of our customers. However, we are also forced to point out your INCORRECT behavior in this transaction, as you had already asked us for the watch a week earlier, but had let the offer expire without making the payment. Then, once the second offer was requested, we took the risk of accepting it anyway to satisfy you, even though it was Christmas week and many watches were sold to customers in the store. In fact, after having had to cancel the order we also received a penalty from Chrono24, which we will pay, because our company is one of the most SERIOUS and PROFESSIONAL companies in the world, and is made up of people who sacrifice themselves every day for satisfaction of its customers. That said, even though the order had been cancelled, you should still have thanked us for the effort, and not expressed superficial criticism. Good luck in finding your watch. Nachdem ich erst ein Angebot einholen musste, ich dieses akzeptiert habe, bezahlt habe, wurde die Bestellte fast 2 Wochen später abgebrochen, weil der Artikel doch nicht lagernd war. Als hätte man das vorher nicht wissen können. Finde ich absolut nicht in Ordnung!
