This was my first purchase in Chrono24. The service provided by Wrist Aficionado was excellent. The salesperson, in this case Kamila, was very attentive to my needs and responded swiftly to my requests. The whole purchase experience was wonderful. The watch was delivered within days (to Singapore!) and the watch was exactly as described. I would highly recommend this dealer and definitely return to purchase more watches in the future.

At first, the warranty was not included in the package so got me panicked.. but later on found out that was sent separately and that should have communicated to me at first. However the follow up was thorough, all good and I am happy with the watch.

Great seller! Communication was solid and I knew exactly what was happening with my watch. Shipping was prompt and I received the exact watch I wanted with all of the official papers. Just got my watch adjust at the Rolex store and the watch was indeed authentic. Would buy from them again!
