This was my first purchase on Chrono24 and chose to purchase with Giganti and Giganti due to the good reviews. They were slow to respond at first but it may have been due to the holidays. Once the ball got rolling, they were quick to respond and shipped the watch overnight to me. The packaging was top notch. There were some micro scratches on the back casing of the watch likely due to handling/wiping but the rest of the watch was as described. I would purchase from them again.

They took links out to size my wrist properly, they overnighted the watch, they provided everything they said they would including the appraisal which made it extremely easy to add it to my personal items insurance policy. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
