I purchased a Black Bay 58 from Watch Exchange Co. The shipping was fast however, the box the watch came in arrived with the corner a bit crushed. The larger issue however was upon opening the box, it was not the watch I purchased. I received a Black Bay Heritage 41mm instead of the Black Bay 58 39mm. After notifying Watch Exchange Co. the response was fast and after apologizing the correct watch was shipped the same day, and the incorrect one returned. Overall the buying experience was satisfactory. -JW

Yes we shipped the wrong watch by mistake as they look nearly identical. Once notified we shipped the incorrect watch, we shipped the correct out immedietly. We did not even wait to receive the wrong one back. We feel we handled a human error in the fastest way possible.
