The only small point of criticism is the communication in the event of delays in delivery. The shipping label was created and then nothing happened for a week. When I asked, they apologized and gave the reason for the holidays. 3 days later the watch went on its journey and arrived from the UAE to Achern within 4 days, customs no problem and the watch was very well packed. The watch is great and my wife is very happy with it, all in all I would order from Royal Watches again. The price was also unbeatable. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Kommunukation bei Lieferverzögerungen. Das Versand Label wurde erstellt und dann tat sich eine Woche lang nichts. Auf MEIN Nachfragen wurde sich entschuldigt und als Begründung Feiertage angegeben. 3 Tage später ging die Uhr auf die Reise und kam von den VAE nach Achern innerhalb 4 Tage an, Zoll kein Problem und die Uhr war sehr gut verpackt. Die Uhr ist Top und meine Frau ist sehr glücklich damit, alles in allem würde ich wieder bein Royal Watches bestellen. Der Preis war eben auch unschlagbar!

Maybe there was a language barrier but the seller did not take enough responsibility for proving their carrier (DHL) with information to release the timepiece from customs. I had to personally make at least seven phone calls to you (Chrono 24) and respond to numerous e-mails. I spent way too much of my valuable time expediting this shipment.

First What’s makes you think if you buy 6,000 usd watch you have to seat and relax until they ring your belt and collect the watch. The second chrono24 is not us and not DHL courier you supposed to call DHL to get information, the funny think you are asking us to call DHL to get information when the package is behind you, and as worldwide courier policy when the package leaves our country everything is under destination country office 9(USA DHL) and its what even 7 years old kids can understand we shocked how you cannot understand. Third, we are sending daily packages to around the world and we have not seen such an issue which receiver send us a message to call destination courier to follow up the delivery, it was so funny you made our day that time, its seems you are not in a public and in a business field people around the world are, you are in your planet

It seems the bubble wrap without a delivery carton box has worked well in the past according to the Dealer, but mine came with some damage to the original box for the watch. I would not mind paying a little more for a cardboard carton box to contain the watch original box. Dealer kindly apologized, but not much he can do about the damage. Without waiting for buyers to ask, the Dealer should inform the name of the AD who supplied the watch he is reselling to buyers for warranty registration. Otherwise, the watch I got was genuine (as far as I could tell) as it could be registered. Would also recommend the Dealer to place more photos of the product on Chrono24. For example, I appreciate that Japanese dealers will place good pictures of the products they re-sell, especially 2nd-hand, even if they are required to do so by law. It builds public confidence in the Dealer. Dealer still recommended, just recommend customers/buyers to engage the Dealer and clarify as much as possible.
