Seiko watch was packaged well and delivered in one piece. I can only speak to the quality of packaging and the product being as advertised, which was good overall of which I am happy about it. Communication on the other hand was non-existent. Offers, questions, inquiries with interest, inquiries for purchase, inquiries after purchase, or any inquiries for that matter were never responded to. Not even a “no we can’t do that” or “Sorry we’re unable to help. Not even a late response or reaching out to follow up, nothing. Absolutely no form of customer service what so ever. In fact, the only time I heard back was in asking for a review. Which, here we are. So in short, this dealer is fine in the sense of being able to sell a product as advertised. Purchase with confidence in that. However, don’t expect any communication. You’ll be lucky to get even a one worded answer.

Received watch, item was described as new/unworn, crystal has a chip at the 4:30, and the watch box was torn badly on the inside where the watch sits.

We shipped new watch with stickers on it, box make of carton when you remove the watch with force carton breaks. WE offered to replace the watch and box customer decided not to send watch back and to keep it instead.

Very good service. I made a comment to them about the mono pusher which was disappointing in its operation. I kind of expected a "Yeah, that's just the way those watches are" or some response but got none. No reason not to use this vendor. Just a comment. Otherwise , they were spot on.

Reached out to the dealer twice with inquiries, and got zero response on both. Chrono24 suggested I put in a bid. My bid was accepted, I paid my money, they sent the watch. My watch was packaged well. It was exactly as described. Would have liked some communication with the dealer, but all ended well.
