De verkoper antwoordde vlot en vriendelijk op mijn vragen, stuurde een video om het horloge beter te kunnen beoordelen. Toen er een probleem ontstond is dat correct en vlot opgelost. Dat geeft veel vertrouwen en ik zal zeker weer zaken met deze handelaar willen doen! The seller responded quickly and friendly to my questions and sent a video to better assess the watch. When a problem arose, it was resolved correctly and quickly. That gives a lot of confidence and I will certainly want to do business with this trader again!

The shipping and communication with the dealer were very good. The watch looked perfect. However, the crown of Franck Muller's Vanguard modell fell off during the first try to change the date. It also didn't have a three-step functionality. I leave the conclusions to the reader! Had the crown not fell off, I would have realised that there was a problem with the watch too late to cancel the deal. The cancellation of the purchase and reimbursement of the money was handled by Watch24 perfectly!

Unfortunately, mistakes happen even with the largest manufacturers. The crown system was not damaged or impaired in functionality. The only thing that happened was that it unscrewed in the wrong place, where the thread is fixed with factory glue and should not be unscrewed by the user. The issue in question was solved in less than 5 minutes by our watchmaker. We apologised and offered repair support. However we were also supportive of the return.
