Extremely prompt service. The shipping was executed without problem. The item was triple boxed and well packed. The item appeared even better than described in the listing. It arrived with the time correctly set, and running. I’m more than pleased. Thank you. One minor note: I personally would also have put packing material inside the actual watch box to completely stabilize the watch.

Great overall process! I realized after purchasing that I had a few important questions and the seller was great answering them within a half hour. Seller even sent me a photo of the timegrapher readout to further confirm condition. Package came over night and got it authenticated the next day by a well known servicer in San Francisco. Only had one snag that the seller included detail around in their posts on other selling platforms but neglected to include on the chrono24 listing. I didnt catch until later but the seller was totally forthright and offered remediation. All around, great experience and highly recommend this seller.
