I was skeptical how the experience would be considering this was my first purchase from Watches of Mayfair and from Chrono24. But the experience was exceptional. The staff from Watches of Mayfair was very responsive and assuring. Watch came as described and I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Didn’t actually reserve the stock for me in my payment window (even though that’s the promise in Chrono24). Then when I paid. Cancelled the order and said, ‘it’s your fault. You paid too slow’. I’m paraphrasing that. But that was the attitude. Don’t trust these guys to do what they say they’re going to do.

They accidentally shipped the wrong watch (36mm instead of 42mm) but response time to my complaint, their communication and the offered support were swift, accurate and flawless. Mistaken can happen but ultimately it’s how these issues are solved that sets apart the great sellers from the good. Can’t fault these guys. In less than a week I had received the correct product from the other side of the world, and received a fully paid shipping label to return the wrong one. Highly recommended!

I purchased the Grand Seiko Quartz GMT with blue dial (SNGN005). When I received the watch, I thought the dial was black with a slightly blue hue under severe light. I contacted them from California and Matthew from WoM London, called me and reassured me that the dial was the correct color and that I received the correct watch. My anxiety level was reduced considerably with the personal telephone call. I will visit them my next time in London to express my gratitude.
