Die Uhr war mit Originalpapieren inseriert, die erhaltenen Papiere waren aber aus meiner Sicht nicht original. Die Kommunikation diesbezüglich war unbefriedigend. Die Uhr an sich war wie beschrieben, ich habe sie auch behalten.

Salve, ribadisco che i documenti sono originali come da annuncio. Non capisco perché ha tenuto l'orologio se non è quello che si aspettava. Avrei preferito la restituzione dell'orologio ad una valutazione negativa. Grazie

I bought an older watch. I checked it for authenticity and it is understood to be genuine. It has one big flaw. It does not work right. In six hours it takes almost over an hour and a half. It was supposed to have been serviced before I received it. Unfortunately, I see that it hasn't happened and I don't know if it will be fixed with the service. I have already sent you three messages and have not received a reply. Its general image in terms of appearance and packaging was very good. But if it doesn't work properly then there is a big issue.

Mi dispiace che abbia dei dubbi in merito al fatto che siamo disponibili a risolvere il problema. Siamo venditori professionali e garantiamo sempre l'autenticità e il buon funzionamento dell'orologio ( in ogni annuncio c'è scritto ... ). Tutti i nostri orologi sono sottoposti a controllo e revisione prima di essere venduti. Speravamo in un suo contatto per procedere alla risoluzione del problema, ma prima ha pensato a fare una recensione negativa che per noi rappresenta sempre un aspetto molto negativo nonostante la totale disponibilità a risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problema. Attendiamo di ricevere l'orologio per cercare di risolvere il problema. Grazie
