Many thanks for your feedback Nicola , its a shame that our two days delivery time didn't meet your expectations or our taking one week including a 2 day bank holiday weekend to send you one amended piece of paper that had no bearing on the product caused you undue stress, I must further apologise for not immediately responding to your messages received at 10.00pm on a Sunday evening it also a shame that during the whole week you never mentioned any issues or disappointment you had with the product so I could look into those for you. I work hard to ensure my customers are happy with the quality of products I source and the service I deliver which fortunately is reflected in the many hundreds of positive reviews I have on this platform and others ,Its such a shame on this one occasion for reasons I cant understand we failed you so absolutely and caused you such stress Kind regards Tony
