Chad provided a great experience for my first watch purchase on Chrono24. Chad provided additional pictures of the watch the very same day that I requested them and answered some questions through the site promptly. Chad agreed to answer a phone call so I could speak to him in person for some added questions and peace of mind in making the purchase. Chad was extremely polite and accommodating to my questions and allowed me time to make a decision on the purchase. Once I had decided to proceed with the purchase Chad packaged and shipped the watch to me perfectly. Upon receipt I found the watch to be ‘worn but in mint condition’ with all of the original paperwork and packaging just as Chad had promised. I would definitely purchase another watch from Chad through Chrono24.

Chad was very responsive with my inquiries, including filling a request for additional photos of specific aspects of the watch by sending me an additional dozen photos covering all angles requested including several more. The watch was promptly shipped once payment was cleared, the watch was well packaged, and once I had in hand, if anything was in better condition than posted on the listing. Would not hesitate to purchase from Chad again or to recommend him to others.
