We had a deal and the watch was paid for with plastic, and after about a day and awaiting notice from Arnold's that the watch had shipped, I get a communication from them (Arnold's) that the watch had already been sold in-store by another employee!

This is the third, and first pre-owned, watch I have purchased thru Chrono24. All my experiences have been terrific. But I can easily say, this purchase was the easiest, fastest and best interacted of all of them. Ben answered questions lightning fast and kept me up to date throughout the purchase experience. This Rolex was exceptionally well packaged. I think it would have survived a drop from the top of a skyscraper! Everything that I received was exactly as described. Hope to have the opportunity to work with them again.

Dealing with Arnold's Jewellers was a smooth and trouble free experience. My only issue would be the three scratches on the bracelet that I thought were significant but not highlighted in the description of the watches overall condition. Hopefully these scratches can be polished out.
