Eddie was incredibly helpful with my purchase. I found the watch online, and was a little hesitant to make an online purchase, but Eddie was very prompt and helpful in our email conversations. He helped my find a watch that was in excellent condition. On top of that, he made sure the buying experience went smoothly. He let me know what was going on from the second I purchased the watch. It was shipped within 48 hours (after inspection and polishing) and I received in exactly as it was described. I would recommend Modern Swiss to everyone. Eddie made the purchasing experience very personal, and Modern Swiss will be my go to in the future!
