My first Rolex watch and something I've wanted to buy for many, many years. The watch came quickly and is in mint condition, it keeps time to within 1 second over 5 days, which is astounding. There is a sqeak to the bracelet, which I subsequently read in forums is occasionally present in brand new Rolex Oyster bracelets. Came with full box and papers. However, the box arrived and the top fell apart, also the screws on the watch were loose and that caused the watch to fall off my wrist and get a nice sized scratch on one of the links and a small scratch on the adjacent link. Seller was excellent about communicating and overnighted a replacement box and an additional screw to replace the one that is somewhere in my driveway. I took the watch to Rolex Service Center to have them check out the screws as they keep coming loose and I didn't want to mess with them myself. I had the sense that they have a very busy shop, and they could use just to do a final check on things before they send them out - I understand that for them this is just a normal transaction, but for me its a once in a lifetime purchase and it's a Rolex - you want everything to go perfectly smoothly. Still, their price was very fair and ultimately their service is great - they have even offered me a free polish of the watch for the big scratch, which I may do some time in the future. For now I'm enjoying my new watch. I was very nervous buying an expensive watch like this through the internet, and especially a Rolex which is known to have very high quality fakes out there. In this case, the transaction was smooth, and even the little issues were dealt with immediately. The fact that Quality Diamonds is a trusted dealer, with many sales and when you google them, they have a physical store address and lots of google reviews too, added to my sense that this would be a safe purchase. Overall it was a good transaction, despite the little issues that could have been prevented by a little more quality control check before shipping on their end. I would do business with them again.

Shipment was prompt and packaged well. The watch is in pristine condition (better than advertised in my opinion). I highly recommend and would purchase again from Quality Diamonds without hesitation.
