The watch is in pristine condition. The only issue was with one of the screws in the Oyster band, which was either stripped or replaced. I spoke with the owner who offered to replace it if I sent it back. I decided I’d keep it, but this should have been disclosed before sale.

Great dealer, super quick and communicative. The watch was in pristine condition, better than the pictures. The only fault I have is that they ticked that it came with the original box yet the box I received is from a later model rolex and not for one from 2002. Never-the-less I should’ve picked up on that in the pictures. Either way, they shouldn’t say it’s the original box when it clearly is not. 4/5 stars

So to start I’ll say the seller is fantastic. Initially the watch I received had issues with the dial. They were incredibly responsive, send an overnight label for the watch immediately, and did everything in their power to make it right. What happened in my situation is they offered me a discount to keep the watch with the faulty dial or a refund. Upon looking more I noticed they had another of the same model watch but a year newer and slightly higher priced. What they ended up doing for me was matching the price of the original and then overnighting me the newer one. The newer one is exactly as described/advertised and I couldn’t be happier. While there was that initial hiccup they were incredibly kind, responsive, and did everything they could to make it right and gave me choices as to how I wanted to proceed further. They say in watches you buy the seller, I would highly recommend this seller.
