Very good. Fast communication. Item delivered met expectations. Only thing is watch had only generic pictures on the ad. When I asked for real pictures, for some reason seller failed to provide. Not a big deal. But just adds to buyer confidence for next time.

There was a little mishap with the delivery. The first watch was a different (although very similar) ref. number. The dealer managed the small issue very well with prompt communication and fast delivery of the correct timepiece.

I would like to say Watch My Diamonds had done a 5 star job on their customer service and professionalism. When you are purchasing a luxury watch and spending tens of thousands of dollars in a single transaction, with a company you don't know, and people you have never met, half way across the country, it can be pretty intimidating. You have many scenarios cross your mind on what could happen and am I getting the same beautiful watch as in the photos. After corresponding with Watch My Diamonds and receiving prompt replies both over the phone and via text it was apparent they were trying to help and not sell you on anything. They immediately answered all my questions, of which I had many. Upon committing and sending them the money, they immediately placed my watch in the mail and I received it in roughly 36 hrs. The watch was exactly as shown and we are ecstatic to own it. We were so happy with the results that I immediately purchased another watch the same day we received our first one. They took a seemingly frightening experience and made it enjoyable. If you have any doubts DONT, they are wonderful people and will make your dream watch a reality with a positive experience. I can’t say anything more positive, I will be a customer for life. Without a doubt I will be buying more from them in the future.

The watch ( Rolex lady datejust ) arrive to me in the UK in I week from order date and was very well packaged Communicate with the seller was quick and easy The watch was listed as very good condition but was in fact mint condition .Absolutely perfect condition without a single mark . It looked brand new. My wife loves it. I would recommend this seller - great service and fantastic product

The watch is the same that the dealer promise me to sell, but the diamonds’ specimens (I.e. color and clarity) I checked on the watch are not the ones that the dealer wrote me and declare me to be. They are much worse. It means that the value of the product (watch + installed diamonds) is lower respect what I paid and, for the moment, no price’s adjustments are been proposed by the seller!

This was a very frustrating experience. The dealer messaged me immediately after I bought the watch to ask me if I had any "experience" with the watch. When I asked why, they indicated that I could not return the watch. I told them that was against Chrono 24 policy, and initiated contact with Chrono24 customer service (who were great). The dealer then called me, again to preemptively talk me out of returning the watch I had just bought. I got a slick, distasteful salesman vibe from the person on the phone. Apparently the watch was not in stock, as it had been listed: instead they would be acquiring it from overseas, and if I opted to return it, they'd be stuck with it. Now quite annoyed, I told them tough luck, that's why I buy via Chrono24. The watch, unsurprisingly, did not arrive in the promised timeframe. It took well over a week longer, in fact, which was frustrating because I knew why (they lied about having it in stock), and frustrating because it was a gift. I even started to wonder if they were intentionally delaying it because of how brusque I had been with them when they tried to violate the Chrono24 terms of service. In the end, the watch came, brand new as advertised. But I won't be buying from them again and you probably shouldn't either.
