Overall my experience was ok with this seller. They provided the dated and vendor marked Omega warranty card along with the box etc with the purchase of my new Omega Speedmaster Racing 40mm. It was competitively priced and when I asked for a video of the watch before purchasing the quickly provided one. The reason I'm only giving the shipping and packaging 3 stars is because within a few days of receiving the watch the chronograph minute hand and long seconds hand started misaligning when resetting the chronograph. I communicated to the seller about this and they stated the watch was inspected before shipping and that I should make a warranty claim with Omega. The watch was in brand new condition with most of the protecting stickers still applied so they stated the misalignment must have occurred during shipping, presumably the package got bumped around. There was no evidence of any significant harm to the package however it is possible. The net result of all of this is that I've now had to send the watch off to the Omega service center in my country to get it fixed. I'm told it could take upwards of 3+ months before I get it back and I had to pay to ship it insured to the service center to boot. Realistically, even if the seller had offered to exchange it which they did not I would still be on the hook to pay the shipping back to them only this time across the world to Japan. I live in Canada. I would buy from the seller again for one main reason, they provided a completed warranty card (dated with my purchase date and stated the sellers name). As a result I had no issues taking the watch my local Omega AD to get it shipped off to be serviced under warranty. I'm not thrilled about the shipping cost I had to incur and even more so about the time it will take to get serviced but it is what it is. Considering this watch has been discontinued since 2018-2019 there are limited options to purchase in new condition with a legit factory warranty. Hopefully when I eventually get it back the chronograph will work properly. My fingers are crossed.
