Communication and service were excellent. The watch I purchased was (quite old) new-old stock, which was made clear by the description. The dealer noticed a slight issue with the reversing wheel of the rotor when preparing for shipping, which is a not unexpected given the age of the timepiece. I was notified right away and asked if I would be OK with repair at no cost with a 1-year warranty. The watch arrived on time per the repair schedule, keeping excellent time, and exactly as described in the posting.
