I had an excellent experience with Loucri Jewelers through the Chrono24 app. I purchased the watch through Chrono24's Canadian platform. I immediately received communication from Loucri Jewelers that the watch that I tried to purchase had been set aside for someone else. There appears to be a lapse in time between Chrono24's Canadian and U. S. sites. Lou asked me what other colour I would be interested in and sent a photo of a similar model. I called Lou at his store in New York and spoke with him to let him know the other colour options that I would entertain. Lou was able to get me a Dior Christal Chronograph in red . He was very pleasant to deal with and was able to get me the same watch that I orginally wanted in another colour. I received the watch in a timely manner along with the certificate. The process and transaction was seamless and Lou was very accommodating .

I finally got the watch from the dealer. It is perfect as advertised. However, it took a very long time for the dealer to deliver it (3 weeks); and the packaging/box looks so cheap.
