This was my first purchase on chrono.. And it was an international seller (I'm based in USA).. So I was extremely nervous.. But the experience was beyond phenomenal and Shoaib was always available to answer any questions and communication was 110%.. Cannot thank him enough and look forward to being a long time customer.. Excellent! This is my first purchase of a high-end watch on Chrono24 and online as well for that matter. I wasn't sure what to expect but I chose the seller with a great reputation and this is key to a positive watch buying experience, especially online. K2 Luxury (and Shahz specifically) is a class act. The watch is as advertised. Communication is prompt and thorough. Great followups as well. As a business owner myself, I always seek suggestions on how to improve. I am not sure there is much advise I can give to these guys as they know what they are doing. If they have the watch you are looking for, give them a chance. You will be happy. Cheers!
