Every now and then you come across a dealer who gives exceptional customer service. K2 Luxury is one of them. Back in 2016 I was in Germany on business close to where the A Lange & Sohne factory is located, so I brought my Lange 1 to the factory for service. Return is included in the price of the service, which costs no more than that for a Rolex Daytona. My watch was delivered to my home by a courier dressed in a suit and tie and driving a BMW. When I bought my Lange 1 Time Zone from K2 Luxury recently the owner sent his brother to Marbella to hand deliver the watch to me. This is a service as good as I received from A Lange & Sohne itself, and I highly recommend K2 Luxury for their integrity and level of service befitting the calibre of the watches they sell.
