The seller was quick (even late in the evening) and correct with his responses. I like the watch very much and the price was good. A few points that could have been better: 1. The package was addressed with spelling errors in my name, the name of the city and part of the postalcode was missing. I had to discover this myself via track&trace and contact Fedex to correct the address or the watch would not have been delivered. 2. The seller described the watch "as new", but it wasn't, there were very small scratches on the gold (only visible in direct sunlight). This is no big deal, after a few days I have already added more scratches myself. But still, in this case you cannot sell a watch "as new". 3. The time and date on the watch were not set. For a watch in this priceclass (12k), I would expect the seller to do that before shipping (at least as a final quality check). All in all I am very pleased and will certainly buy again from this seller.

Nicht ausreichend geschützt verpackt, wodurch die Box Beschädigt wurde. Kleine Kratzer und ein cut, obwohl „kratzerfrei“ zugesichert wurde. Zufriedenstellende Einigung konnte dennoch erzielt werden.

After a little delay because of the shipping in the Coronavirus age, the watch arrived in perfect condition as the pictures and the description of the seller show. Box and warranty included but not described in the announce. Only the battery was down, but with 2 euros everything works.
