It's a shame when a customer would rather leave a bad review, to harm a Seller, rather than to communicate directly with the Seller so we can look into an issue that is troublesome. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service. This is the first negative review that we received on Chrono24. This watch was fully serviced, a new Crystal added and links added for the bracelet. We cannot respond to a local jewelry store that is trying to rip them off by telling them that it needs repairs that are clearly unnecessary. The lesson here is to do the right thing and contact the Dealer first with your complaints and give them a chance to respond.

I purchased a Rolex Lady datejust with black diamond dial. The product was described as a pre-worn in good condition. The polishing of the watch was not professional and the watch is in need of full service, which will result in an additional $1000 service cost. I would expect the watches of a jewellery shop to be fully serviced and operational when purchased
