This is a very good company and service was excellent. Unfortunately They used DHL which for Puerto Rico is a disaster and took a lot of time to finally get to my island. Next time consider Fedex or UPS

Overall decent experience. The watch band was too long, therefore an extra 10 days or so elapsed whilst exchanging for a more appropriate size. Seller did so at no extra cost (except for my shipping costs). By and large communication and transaction proceeded well. I’m new to online shopping so I was a bit surprised by how shipping and PayPal costs added another $100 to the sale. Live and learn — that’s on me.
