Thank you for the fast shipment and smooth transaction. I surprised it came with the box and the papers. The description page of the watch stated that it has no original box and papers. i still a bit confuse whether the box is genuine or not but thank you for the box anyway.

Die Uhr hat Kratzer und Delle, aber der Händler sagte sie ist 10/10 fehlerfrei wie neu. Obwohl gibts es schon papiere für die Uhr, aber keine Info oder Fotos von dem Kaufdatum. Ich habe nach Gewischt gefragt, mir würde geantwortet: wir haben keine Waage da!!!

I asked some questions about the watch and Exquisite Timepieces responded quickly. The shipment was great, delivery from the US to The Netherlands happened within 8 days (FedEx). Packing was ok, the watch got here in good condition, but it was laying in the box quite loose. A bit of plastic/paper/bubblewrap around it would have been nice. The one thing I was disappointed about, is that I got quite a bill from FedEx for customs. One of my questions to the seller was about customs, what the extra costs would be. The answer was 'if any, it will be a small amount'. But it turned out to be 123 EUR. Maybe it's my responsibility to research this, but I am not a frequent watch buyer and I expected that a seller that ships all over the world would knew these things. My bad. But I have a pretty watch now, happy with that!
