The watch was a 2021 as advertised and was absolutely new - the watch face still wrapped in plastic. I got the full warranty plus the bonus 3 years. With the shipping problems we are all aware of, the shipment was delayed about a week but they kept me fully informed. The were polite, prompt and courteous. Couldn't have been a better watch or dealer.

Packaging was less than desirable as seller progressively stuffed ascending FedEx envelopes and boxes to avoid shipping in a proper shipping container with appropriate cushioning. Seller charged $65 for shipping, but FedEx delivered 2nd day, rather than "priority overnight" as marked on invoice. When I asked for Sea Wave Diamonds to help me get FedEx to refund the shipping, to which FedEx said they would do if the shipper asked for the refund rather than me, Sea Wave started back peddling and giving me unreasonable excuses for denying to help me. Sea Wave did send me a near perfect watch, but if you want service after the sale, then beware, because they essentially "ghosted" me since I bought the watch. Regardless of how Sea Wave tries to spin these remarks in their response to my review, just know this is an experience a potential buyer should consider before purchasing from them. I will remove this review if Sea Wave Diamonds comes through on their "after the sale" assistance. But, if it is still here, then they didn't fulfill a position of professionalism like most of the other sellers on this site. In the last month I've been making requests to Sea Wave Diamonds, it has been nothing but a run around on their end.

Had a great buying experience with Seaview Diamonds. They were easily accessible via phone and answered all my questions that I had regarding the watch. Delivery was very quick (next day). Well packaged with box, papers and original Rolex tags included.

The item was clearly brand new as advertised but it had two small scratches on the underside by the pin and key which was disappointing when discovered. These were only observed when I took it to be authorized but I was told it reduced the value by a $300-400. The dealer offered to take the item back for a full refund but would not provide a partial refund of a few hundred dollars to accommodate for the damage which was more akin to wear and tear. Returning it was more trouble than it was worth so I decided not to. I was happy with the purchase experience otherwise but given there are many dealers I wouldn't be able to confidently recommend this one.

Sea Wave is just another watch broker that has problems procuring their listed merchandise. An "Available Now" listing tied up 12K on a credit card for almost 2 weeks, before my immediate payment was refunded... Make sure they have the watch in stock, before giving any funds!
