The dealer was very responsive to questions about the watch. Packaging and shipment of the watch was excellent. The dealer forgot to size the watch, but it is not a big deal; as I got it sized locally. However, the watch was in the exact condition as advertised. This is the second timepiece I purchased from them, and would do so again in the future.

This was absolutely lousy! Received the watch with damage, then the seller thinks that Fedex must have damaged the package during transport, the watch does not work as it should, the date did not go well, handed it in to a watchmaker and they found a couple of damaged parts in the watch and said that the person who sold the watch did a "quick job" so absolutely miserable! When I contact the seller, he says that the watchmaker here in Sweden is lying, then he asks me to send the watch back to New York so he can fix it, but he refuses to pay for the shipping back to him and then to me, even when he admits that it It's not my fault that the watch doesn't work, completely crappy service! Also offer that we share the sum, but no, he didn't want that either! Finally I had to pay 1200 euros to fix the watch!

They said watch is new but it didn’t come with the plastic protection cover which the new model should have. Even though I’m happy with the watch comdition. It looks like new!

This is for the shipping company and has no reflection on the sender. FedEx didn’t notify me when the parcel was delivered. We had to chase it up after two weeks of it being in the UK to pay taxes. Even after that the communication with FedEx was very hard and almost impossible. When we eventually had the parcel delivered the box was severely damaged and the inside box slightly dented which was disappointing. Maybe they could have insulated the actual watch inside of box to allow for couriers mishandling.
