While there was a bit of a miscommunication in regards to shipping—RLJ was extremely communicative in helping to get everything in order (human error and miscommunications happen, as long as their righted, no big deal). The dealer negotiated the price with me and was very communicative throughout the process. There is some grime on the inside of the glass that is a bit irritating to look at and this wasn't very apparent in communications or photos, but overall I am quite happy with my experience with the dealer.
