Hello! Once again, we apologize for the situation. Unfortunately, the watch had a defect that could not be detected at the time of inspection upon shipment. The refund took couple of days due to the shipping issues and inspection.

Although the listing said “Watch must be procured,” I received it in the USA just 9 days after I ordered it. Love the watch! I received my watch within a week. The product was in in Lithuania, and I am in Oman. The prices are very reasonable. And I am overall happy with the order. However, while the watch is new. I noticed the second hand is not perfect aligned with the indices. This might be the fault of the manufacturer, but left be not fully satisfied. But on the whole it was a nice experience and I would still recommend buying from this seller. Watch I ordered: Laco Zurich D
