I bought a Two Tone Rolex Datejust, my experience with Eric was perfect. The watch arrived within two weeks it was polished perfectly, boxed and serviced. I had it authenticated by a very experienced watchmaker and he said the movement is working perfectly and all genuine parts. This was my first Rolex, but won't be my last, Eric thankyou for great communication, and i look forward to coming to see you in person as soon as we can travel again to buy another one.

This dealer indicated that the watch included original documentation. The watch arrived with without documentation. After follow up the dealer provided an iMovie and certificate of origin from the manufacturer. No warranty card or collateral material was provided. While in my case the documents ultimately provide were satisfactory, no original documents were provided. This dealer was responsive and tried successfully to resolve open issues, the dealer did not correctly identify the documentation in the Chrono24 listing. The watch itself was as advertised, though.
