Levering af ur svarer ikke til salgs annonce. Billeder er fine, og det er uret også. Men der mangler de originale papirer på ur, som nævnt i salgs annonce. Forhandleren påstår at papirer er sendt med, og ligger i boks sammen med ur. Forhandler har sendt samme svar flere gange og mener han har ret. Dette er ikke sandt, da vi var to personer da pakken blev åbnet.

Pictures and description were very accurate, including additional images I requested. Communication was excellent and shipment dealt with promptly. The shipper chosen by the seller had its own customs brokerage facilities so, with one email and one payment, customs was dealt with. The shipment arrived very well packed and presented. The watch itself is a nice example at a fair price. I was extremely pleased with the level of service and attention to detail. I would be happy to buy from this seller in the future.

Generally, the seller answered very quickly and precisely with detailed answers to my questions. Only on one or two occasions did it take more than 24 hours to get a response. Shipping was quick and very well packaged. The piece is in exceptional condition, very clean; the case, face and the band are pristine. The only thing I was a tad bit disappointed with is that I asked the seller for a photo to show the band’s “stretch”… I can’t attest to when exactly the photo was taken, but I can say that the band seemed to have a bit more “curve” to it when I received it than it did in the photo provided - hence my 4/5 for accuracy of pictures. Otherwise, all else was excellent, easy transaction, love the piece.
